I cannot agree more about resting when it feels the right thing to do. It has been my number 1 rule when it comes to my language journey and I am convinced it's one of the main reason why I was able to be constant over almost 6 years for Korean. Resting is not failing. Resting is part of the process and respecting that flow is so important in my opinion. I'm glad you could take those days of rest without feeling guilty about it! 😊

You said it perfectly! Sometimes we forget that rest is just part of the language learning journey. We can’t keep going at 100 forever!
