I usually try not to make goals except for "do something language learning-related every day," because of how quickly I lose interest in resources! In all my years, I have never completed a textbook. I'd like to blame it on ADHD, but I am undiagnosed. Haha. But yes, it's always nice knowing that you can come back to them in the future.

I also have that same goal! Creating objectives are more of a guide so that I have ideas of what to do to achieve that goal of doing something language related each day.

We're quite similar because I also lose interests in resources quickly haha. Only my Icelandic textbook was interesting enough to keep me wanting to use it until the end. 😅

Putting goals on hold and changing things up is OK! You can't be at 100% all the time. One thing I commonly do is set an ideal goal and a minimum goal, so I can adapt depending on my energy levels 😊

I like the idea of ideal and minimum goals! I may try that in the future!
